Shabe Siah
2025Shabe Siah is a drama about an Iranian woman facing execution, whose story unfolds through flashbacks on her final day. Inspired by true events, the film addresses gender inequality and institutional violence with an intimate, respectful approach.
I took on full production responsibilities, from crew coordination and scheduling to budgeting and post-production. Producing a film set in Iran — a country I had never visited and a language I didn’t speak — was both a creative and personal challenge. It required cultural sensitivity, research, and deep collaboration.
This project taught me what it truly means to carry a story: to listen, to empathise, and to guide a team with humanity. Shabe Siah shaped me as a producer and reminded me why I chose this profession — to give voice to stories that need to be told.

Murder
2024Murder is a television episode set in the universe of the classic Cluedo game, reimagined as a modern Western. The story unfolds in a saloon where the characters engage in a tense conversation after a murder, as suspicion falls on each of them.
As the producer, I coordinated the crew, managed the shoot, and oversaw production logistics. This project gave me valuable insight into television production workflows, which differ greatly from film, and taught me the importance of pace, structure, and clear communication on set.

Baphomet
2023Baphomet is a drama about two students who share a room and, through their daily coexistence, are forced to confront their childhood traumas and their own way of coping with loneliness.
I took on the role of casting director, which allowed me to explore a different side of production. Working closely with actors and the creative team helped me understand the importance of building human connections and trust. It reaffirmed my belief that a producer’s job is not only to manage, but also to recognise and support talent to make the story come alive.

Musclebound
2025Musclebound follows Jessie, an 18-year-old navigating grief, identity, and a suffocating father-son relationship in the shadow of toxic masculinity.
I worked in the sound department as a boom operator and sound assistant. This experience gave me a closer understanding of the technical side of production and the collaborative effort required to shape the emotional tone of a story.
